That’s why we craft our Castile soap using traditional methods, then take it a step further by turning our blend of nourishing plant oils into soap through a natural process called saponification.     Returns accepted for any reason. 
    We accept returns for any reason, including change of mind, a product not suiting your skin, or a defective or damaged item. Products can be new, opened, or used (we hope you had a chance to give it a try).

    Return window: There is no time limit on returns.

    In-store returns: Bring the item to any of our stores for a refund or exchange. No receipt needed.

    Online order returns: Contact us through our contact form with your order number and we’ll take it from there. If we need the item sent back, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label. You can also return online orders to any of our stores.

    Return fees: Returns are free. There are no restocking fees, and we cover the cost of return shipping.

    Refunds: Refunds are usually processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. In-store returns without a receipt are refunded to the original payment method where possible. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for orders that arrive damaged or defective.

I recently ordered the Blood Orange and Grapefruit Everything Wash and the Evergreen Bottle. The wash is lovely, but I initially had a problem with the bottle. When I pressed the plunger, soap would ooze out of the top of the dispenser. I emailed the company and could not believe the customer service that I received. My initial email was answered almost immediately, with an offer to send me not one, but two replacement pumps, as well as a bottle of the wash to make up for any wasted through the leaking. The only request was that I send a picture of the pump so that they could figure out the problem. I had the replacement pumps and wash within a few days and can only say that this company goes way above the norm in customer service as well as in the quality of their products.
I will certainly be ordering from them again.

The whole company is wonderful. We had an issue with the pump on our green glass bottle not only did they send 4 pumps to make sure I got one that would work but also when 1/3 of my soap had been washed down the sink and without asking for a new soap one was sent to me from them. I love that this castile soap does not leave a residue on your skin. The scent is subtle and nice, I would have preferred something slightly stronger, scent-wise.
I originally bought this soap to put in the Evergreen Bottle. The light colour of this particular soap changes the Evergreen Bottle colour to more of a light army green as opposed to the original deep jade green of the bottle. So that is something I will keep in mind next time I buy a liquid castile soap from Rocky. I will probably want one that does not change the colour of the Evergreen Bottle.
