Dissolve a handful of salts (100g) into bath water. Drink plenty of water before and after to hydrate the body.
For adult use only. Do not use if you have broken, irritated or sensitive skin. Consult a physician prior to use if you have epilepsy or asthma. Discontinue use if you experience nausea, dizziness, a headache or an allergic reaction. If accidental ingestion occurs, seek medical attention.
