We believe nature offers us all the nourishment we need for our personal care and well-being. It’s why we turn to aromatherapy when we feel unwell, in need of a boost of energy or simply not our best. Aromatherapy is the practice of using natural oils extracted from parts of plants and botanicals to enhance psychological and physical well-being.


Essential oils can be used in a number of ways (topically, aromatically or internally) but it’s not always accessible or convenient to use oils when you’re on the go, travelling or don’t have access to a diffuser. That’s why we created Wellness Sprays.


Each of our sprays contain a beautiful blend of top quality essential oils in a water base, that can be easily misted into the air to gain the benefits of the oils by inhalation, wherever you happen to be. Here’s our recommendation for which blends to use, when and where:


At the Gym

Cool down with the pepperminty freshness of mint, tea tree, and lavender in our Cool Off Spray. Use it to mist your hot feet and legs post-workout, spritz overhead to cool down and give a little love to your gym bag as well. The locker room will thank you. If you tend to get really flush after a workout, spritz some on a cold towel to lay across your forehead.


In Transit

If you have a long commute to and from work or simply need to freshen that stale car smell, take a spray with you. Calm Down Spray can help make the traffic jam feel a little less jammy and the Cool Off Spray does a great job of masking funky car smells when sprayed on the seats. If you live in freezing temperatures (O Canada!), we recommend bringing your spray indoors with you when you leave the car to prevent the bottle from freezing.


Lavender has mood boosting benefits so any of the three Wellness Sprays also make great travel companions and the 90 mL bottles are airport-friendly.


Yoga or Meditation

Whether at home or at a studio, the Serenity Spray is great before yoga or meditation as it helps soothe anxiety and tension in the mind and body, while promoting peacefulness and tranquility. You can also mist your mat and pillows to freshen them between sessions.


At Work

Think about how many hours in your day you spend at work expending mental and physical energy. Next time you find yourself reaching for caffeine or sugar to get you through your day, spritz the Calm Down or Serenity Spray to revitalize your mind and boost mental focus.

I have just gone looking for more wellness spray. It’s been a staple for bedtime in the summer, for my boys. We started to get low-so I went looking for more. I am super disappointed and sure hope it comes back soon.

I’m so sad to see these have been discontinued 😔 I react badly to scent so I was so happy when I found these. I loved all them. Please please bring them back!!!

I’m so disappointed you chose to discontinue an excellent product like your wellness spray. I’m allergic to artificial scent and the wellness sprays were so great for giving me a fresh natural scent when I needed it. I used the peppermint one for after the gym when I had to get back in my office. I’m sure my coworkers appreciated and often wanted to use some themselves. I will have to find something else now.
