I love a lot of your products, and I’m super happy to support local, however your most recent price hikes – especially for the soap (an increase of $1 per bar) are making harder and harder to justify. It’s simply not affordable anymore- as well when I started using your face cream it was $36, now it’s increased to $39 for the same amount of product. It’s just too expensive now

I love your shampoo and conditioner I Love your soap, deodorant, your body rub, your foot rub, hand soap and your spray for hot hot flastes. Everything made naturally that you make is so fresh. I have been using it all for over 30 years. I tell everyone about you, so many have started to get things from you. I love you Rocky Mountain, I always will.

We discovered your shampoo and conditioner during a hotel stay. We had to go right away and buy some to take home. My hair never felt and looked healthier, shinier, and bouncier than with your shampoo. No weird chemicals I can’t pronounce, no weird, overpowering smells that bother me.

We’re so sorry to hear that you’re feeling saddened by the increase in our product pricing and we appreciate you raising this concern. We strive to keep the pricing of our products in line with the natural market and there has been a variety of contributing factors that have led to a price increase. This includes the unprecedented events of this past year which unfortunately led to the temporary and in some cases permanent closure of our retail stores, and our vendors for the premium ingredients that we use raising prices. As the natural market continues to grow and innovate we will continue to do our best to stay at fair market value.
We understand and respect that our price points might not be for everyone and thank you again for reaching out.
