Have you ever been using our Vanilla Coconut Omega-3 Hand Cream and thought that it smelled good enough to eat? No need to be embarrassed, we have those thoughts all the time, too! That’s why we asked Emotional Eating, Digestive and Hormone Expert Amber Romaniuk to share a delightful Vanilla Coconut inspired recipe with us (with a hint of that Omega-3 boosting flax, which is also the secret weapon in our Hand Cream). This recipe also includes Blue Majik, a derivative of spirulina (freshwater algae) whose vibrant blue colour comes from C-phycocyanin, a protein believed to have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

For the chia layer:
For the white layer:
In a bowl, mix the chia seeds, flaxseeds, blended blueberries, almond milk, maple syrup, and the Blue Majik powder and let sit until thick.
In a stemless wine glass add a layer of the chia mix on the bottom. Add a layer of blackberries. On top of that add a layer of Yoso Vanilla Coconut Yogurt and the quarter cup of oats, then top it all off with blackberries.
Enjoy!

Sounds delicious…is it difficult to find blue Malik powder and toss vanilla coconut yogurt?
Thank you
