We all want a glowing complexion, shiny hair, and soft touchable skin, don't we? Of course we do! And we're pretty willing to try almost anything that will buff, polish, and moisturize us into that ideal version of ourselves. Our quest for beauty has become so involved that Environmental Defence Canada estimates the average Canadian uses more than a dozen personal care products during their morning beauty regime. This adds up to a cocktail of over 100 different synthetic chemicals that we are putting on our body's largest organ (our skin!), before we have even had breakfast.

Simply Natural, 100% of the Time

At Rocky, we believe that everything we need to cleanse, moisturize, and beautify ourselves already exists in nature. That's why we only use 100% natural ingredients like fresh herbs, grains, fruits, and vegetables that have been harvested in their original form. Yum! We also use all-natural beeswax, coconut oil, and sunflower oil to moisturize and soothe skin; essential oils that act as 'skin superfoods', delivering powerful antioxidants and nutrients to smooth wrinkles and reduce blemishes; and pure clays, sugars, and bamboo provide gentle exfoliants to naturally buff our skin to a glow.

Rocky's Red List
Over 85% of chemicals that are commonly used in body care products have never been tested to determine their impact on human health. Shocking, isn't it? More shocking is that these chemicals -- whether they are being absorbed through the skin, rinsed down the shower drain, or end up in landfill sites -- cause significant concerns for human health, wildlife, ecosystems and watersheds.

These ingredients are not necessary nor innovative and have no place in our products. We've created our own Red List of chemicals, like sulfates, parabens, phthalates, and petrochemicals that are found in many beauty products, but never in ours.

Looking for more information on choosing natural? You got it. We have some amazing partners who are working closely with us to bring awareness and change to the health and beauty industry.
