Natural Deodorant

Conventional deodorants often contain synthetic aluminum compounds, triclosan, parabens, petrochemicals and synthetic fragrances—a mix of pore-congesting and sweat-blocking ingredients that can disrupt your body's natural balance. Our natural formulation philosophy is to work with nature, using only ingredients from the Earth that keep the body in harmony and never introducing anything that could disrupt this precious balance.

Formulating our Liquid Roll-On (Roll With It) Deodorant:

We formulated our Roll With It Deodorant to harness the odour-inhibiting properties of potassium alum, a naturally occurring salt which consists of larger molecules that cannot pass through pores. When crushed and suspended in a liquid, potassium alum can be applied wet to the underarms, where it dries and leaves a protective barrier on the skin’s surface. This invisible barrier inhibits the production of odour-causing bacteria by adjusting the skin’s pH, creating an environment unsuitable for bacterial growth that would otherwise result in unwanted odors. To further enhance the formula, we add essential oils to leave the skin feeling fresh and naturally scented. Additionally, nourishing ingredients like aloe vera and glycerin (derived from coconut oil) leave the skin feeling moisturized and soft.

Formulating our Cream Deodorant:

Years in the making, our revolutionary Cream Deodorant formula features some of nature’s most effective ingredients to eliminate odour while keeping your skin soft—it's skincare for your underarms. We included ingredients like kaolin clay and arrowroot powder to soak up excess odour and oil without stripping or over-drying skin. We enriched our formula with skin-nourishing ingredients like Canadian Abyssinian oil and excluded baking soda to make it gentle for all skin types. We also included naturally-derived magnesium hydroxide to help stave off odour-producing bacteria. The combination of these ingredients provides long-lasting protection and a dry, fresh finish, while essential oils leave you with a subtle and pleasant scent.
