Urgent Product Recall - NOMAD HAND SANITIZER

A natural health product you may have received is being recalled from the Canadian market.

Issue

This recall is due to an out-of-specification expiry date. The product packaging for one batch of our Nomad Hand Sanitizer incorrectly states “June 2025”, instead of “June 2024”.

What You Should Do

Consumers should stop using the recalled product because it has expired. What should I do if I have a Hand Sanitizer from the affected batch?

They will ask you to take a photo that shows the lot number and expiry date. Once a photo has been shared a refund orstorecredit on a GiftCardwill be issued.

Can I dispose of the affected product at home? 

We encourage you to bring it back to a Rocky Mountain Soap Co. store for a refund. If you cannot return it to one of our stores, please contact our Customer Service Experience team at 1-877-229-7627 or info@rockymountainsoap.com, ordispose of it now.

I purchased an affected Hand Sanitizer from a retailer that sells Rocky products.  What should I do? 

If you purchased an affected Hand Sanitizer from another retailer and would like a refund, the store that you purchased from will be able to refund you.
