I think I got a dud

I tried reaching out because I didn’t necessarily want to do a review online. I don’t know if I just got a bad bottle or ?? My soap liquids separated and I used to have to shake it up before I used it. The layers were so separated in the bottle and unfortunately the pump didn’t work so I had to put it in another pump bottle I had from Ikea. It seemed to work and the scent was nice! Just scared to but it again lol
